How fast will I get a quote?

What files do you need for a turning quote?

A STEP file (.step or .stp) plus a PDF drawing for threads, fits or tolerances. Include the quantity and material.

Can you thread parts?

Yes. Call out the thread size and class on your drawing, for example 3/4-16 UNF-2A, and we'll quote it.

Which materials can you turn?

We turn aluminum (6061, 7075), stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4), steel (1018, 4140), brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics such as Delrin, PEEK, nylon and UHMW.

Do you offer anodizing or other finishes?

Yes. We handle finishing through trusted local partners, including anodizing (Type II and Type III hardcoat), chem film, passivation, electroless nickel, plating, black oxide, powder coating, painting, bead blasting and heat treating.
