Questions

How fast will I get a quote?

Within 24 hours on business days. Send your STEP file and drawing through the quote form, or call (669) 321-8316.

What files do you need for a milling quote?

A STEP file (.step or .stp) is best. Add a PDF drawing if the part has critical tolerances, threads or finish callouts, and tell us the quantity and material.

Do you machine prototypes or only production?

Both. We machine single prototypes as well as repeat production quantities.

Which materials can you mill?

We mill aluminum (6061, 7075), stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4), steel (1018, 4140), brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics such as Delrin, PEEK, nylon and UHMW.

What tolerances can you hold?

Our typical machining tolerance is ±.001". Call out any critical dimensions on your drawing and we will confirm them when we quote.

How large a part can you mill?

Our largest vertical machining center has 51.2" × 22.4" × 20.1" of travel (DN Solutions DNM 5700L).

Do you offer anodizing or other finishes?

Yes. We handle finishing through trusted local partners, including anodizing (Type II and Type III hardcoat), chem film, passivation, electroless nickel, plating, black oxide, powder coating, painting, bead blasting and heat treating.
